由於老公在Vitmedi marketing department工作的關係,本老闆對藥用蜂蜜也是耳濡目染。沒有真憑實據我也不能把老公說的話當聖旨般地轉述給大家,然而,為經營我的微店(本老闆在微店營銷專欄學習到 寫店長筆記可以增加微店的流量~ 😄) ,我也是上網搜了又搜,立志給大家更真實更全面的信息,幫助大家瞭解俺賣的蜂蜜有多靠譜!嘿嘿.....

「紐西蘭麥蘆卡蜂蜜於近年來被大肆吹捧,不但因為世界各國工業污染趨勢日益嚴重,紐西蘭轉而成為世界上少有保持原貌的天然原始國都,而其地所生產的特殊蜂蜜又存有世界各國的研究報告背書,不難看出其爆紅的原因。[17]
也因為紐西蘭麥蘆卡蜂蜜聲名大噪,而使得出口量大增,更於2013年爆發年出口量高於1萬噸,而生產量卻僅為1700-2000噸的假蜜充斥市場風波[18]。其中香港消基委員會也在同年測試多達55個麥蘆卡蜂蜜品牌,發現其中有16款蜂蜜含抗生素14款摻雜糖份[19]。處處可見不肖商人利益薰心之不當商業行為導致紐西蘭麥蘆卡蜂蜜名聲大大受創。
乳化蜂蜜
紐西蘭麥蘆卡蜂蜜在台灣常有“乳狀型態蜂蜜”的錯誤認知,大部份的消費者認為乳膏狀是麥蘆卡蜂蜜的獨特性質,紐西蘭麥蘆卡蜂蜜的乳狀型式為一種「乳化」過程,採用低含水量蜂蜜低溫易結晶的特性,將蜂蜜以低溫先行結晶後再用機器將其粗大結晶體磨細,以致蜂蜜形成濃密口感,優點在於溫度變化下蜂蜜外型較穩定,且適合於塗抹在麵包、鬆餅上。而乳化工序,採用低溫結晶法,因此不影響蜂蜜本身營養成份。」
什麼?新西蘭的manuka產量只有1700-2000噸?
沒錯啦 這是因為新西蘭的manuka樹根本就是有限,而大部分的manuka都在美麗而富饒的澳大利亞啦!這只能說新西蘭的蜂農繼承了早期歐洲的蜂農移民們,很有頭腦...... 土澳土澳,不然怎麼叫土澳吶?!這裡的好東西還真需要大家擦亮眼睛來發現啊!
至於乳化這件事情嘛...
據我老公所說 乳化的過程雖然不會影響蜂蜜本身的營養成分,然而這個過程是不可能不靠添加其他物質,例如葡萄糖來完成的,也就是說經過乳化的蜂蜜,並不是天然的蜂蜜(😓廢話,加工過了麼... 但我的意思是,它裡面所含的物質已經不單純了不單純了不單純了--重要的事情說三遍)
然而這也就更呼應了前面引用的段落裡的假蜜事件,既然要添加其他物質才能乳化,那麼,添加什麼廣大消費大眾就無從知啦!
來來來,大夥兒擦亮眼睛吧,Vitmedi真的很靠譜啊,零加工的原蜜,政府認證單位的檢驗報告,可追蹤的蜜源,透明、天然到不行了有木有啊?
